Baby Likes wanted to reach parents who wish to offer their children delicious meat filled 
baby food that adheres to their religious beliefs. Made from responsibly sourced ingredients, 
it offers a range of authentic, locally inspired recipes that will appeal to the markets 
within the UK, America and East Asia.
Chimp worked with Baby Likes to bring their idea of a new baby food brand that not only 
stands out on the shelves, but also creates a unique brand identity that can be used across 
multiple media platforms and can deliver both in store and online. 

Our ultimate goal was to create a fun and approachable brand that would appeal to consumers 
with different cultural and religious backgrounds. From the naming of the brand through to the
creation of brand elements, logo design and packaging we delivered a brand that communicates 
the joy that every child should experience when enjoying food for the first time. 
The brand that we’ve created stands firmly behind the tagline of “Bigger taste Bigger smiles”.


Fun illustrations, light pastel palette, friendly typography and a cuddly bear 
character all express what the brand represents, and invite every customer 
to be part of the Baby Likes experience.


Packaging that stands out in the infant food industry

Our aim with the "Baby Likes" packaging was to create a brand that would stand out in 
a crowded marketplace, but still appeal to the culturally aware, savvy parents of today.

By illustrating the product ingredients, creating a unique brand mascot ("Buddy the bear") and 
colour coding the packaging, we’ve ensured that not only does the product look unlike any other 
infant food currently in the market, but with "Buddy the bear" we have the ability to push
the brand seamlessly across multiple-channels in the retail space.


Engaging, easy-to-use & SEO-friendly

The Baby Likes website is a major part of the brand experience; this is where people get to know the fun 
and enchanting world of Baby Likes. It was our ultimate goal to make a website that was easy-to-use, 
SEO friendly but most importantly engaging with a strong customer experience that informs
and ultimately takes every user on a journey which ends in a purchase. 

Every part on the site contains a charming header image which features the brand avatar of "Buddy”
the Baby Likes bear performing a different activity, such as cooking or answering phone calls. 
Fun typography and custom supporting illustrations make the information-packed website fun and friendly.
